Automations

Sales activity automations can include: sending an automated follow-up email to the prospect when they fill out an online form requesting a brochure; or notifying the sales team by text messages that a tour has been scheduled through the community’s website.


Resident status changes can trigger automated emails or texts to the community staff. For example, when a prospect puts down a deposit on an apartment, an automated notification can go out to the Executive Director, Director of Nursing, and Maintenance Director.


Reporting and report notifications can even be automated. If your regional and corporate sales leaders need to receive an end-of-week status report on all the communities in a region, that report can be automatically generated and sent to all parties involved.


Housing Contracts

The move-in process in WelcomeHome can be customized to suit your community’s or company’s specific procedures for moving in new residents. For example, a deposit or move in can trigger:

  • an activity in your health and billing management platform like noting the move-in date;

  • a notification email to the executive director and sales director to prepare the move-in packet of paperwork;

  • a notification email to the director of nursing to schedule an assessment of the new resident.

Reports
