How We Started
WelcomeHome continues to build something we are all proud of in the Senior Living and Home Care industries.
WelcomeHome was founded with the vision of providing leading technology for sales and marketing professionals in the senior living and home care spaces. The company’s signature platform is a proprietary customer relationship management (CRM) software system, delivered as a service.
Before launching WelcomeHome, founders John Lariccia and Ryan Winograd worked closely with operators and consistently heard their frustrations with existing CRMs. Some platforms looked good on the surface but lacked robust functionality, such as remote accessibility or reliable data. Many were developed years ago and had not kept pace with the evolving needs of the industry. Operators deserved something better.
After years of working with team members across functions, WelcomeHome was launched.
WelcomeHome has an amazing group of clients excited to use the system every day. To continue to deserve their business and help them succeed is at the heart of WelcomeHome. At the same time, there are more partnerships ahead with other leading providers looking to bring the very best technology to their sales teams.
John and Ryan invited Emily Alexander to be the first hire at WelcomeHome with a passion for providing unprecedented customer success and support.
