About The Role
As a Customer Implementation Specialist, you will work directly with our Customer Success team to migrate new clients from their legacy CRM onto WelcomeHome. This position is based in our Atlanta office. While Welcome Home supports remote work, employees for this role are only eligible after 6 months of full-time employment.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing configuration process for all new clients, and routinely updating configurations for current clients as they add services
- Becoming an expert on WelcomeHome’s configuration options, understanding when each option should be used to meet client needs and optimize performance
- For each client, delivering a custom-configured CRM for review during client onboarding
- Configuring API integrations between WelcomeHome and the client’s complementary platforms, including marketing tools, websites, and EHR and property management applications
- Importing and formatting data from client’s legacy systems and importing into Welcome Home’s CRM
- Streamlining and improving onboarding and maintenance processes in collaboration with client success and product teams
- Consulting on technical or configuration questions as needed during the sales and onboarding processes
About You
The ideal candidate is an organized, thoughtful, and detail-oriented individual who is inspired by innovation and our customer’s success. In addition, you will have:
- 2+ years software implementation experience, or technical project management experience
- Strong analytical skills, including understanding and troubleshooting functional software configurations and ability to apply your technical knowledge to new systems
- High level of attention to detail, organization, and drive to get things right the first time.
- Hyper-organized and strong multitasker with an ability to intelligently prioritize multiple competing projects and timelines
- Technical aptitude to learn quickly and rapidly build product knowledge; understanding of web applications and complex software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both internal and client-facing, with an ability to translate technical information into language understandable and digestible by non-technical audiences
- Comfort in a dynamic startup environment, ready to move quickly and wear many hats
Technical skills
- Formal development experience is not required, but you have done HTML work, and you know how to find the information you need
- Experience with API integrations
- Microsoft Excel proficiency, including understanding of formulas/functions

About the Role
WelcomeHome is uniquely positioned to derive and deliver insights to the 1000+ customers we serve in the senior living space. Insights on industry performance and trends, sales optimization and best practices, and system utilization support our customers with making the strategic decisions that drive sales success.
The Customer Insights Data Analyst will be the in-house expert on WelcomeHome's data and analytics, and will collaborate across functions (dev, product, marketing, sales, customer support) to support internal and external data initiatives.
The Responsibilities:
- Produce insights for internal stakeholders (marketing, sales) and external stakeholders (customers and partners)
- Own data systems to drive insights (e.g., SQL, WelcomeHome Software)
- Drive development of data tools (e.g., data best practices and definitions, internal and external dashboarding), and interface with Product and Dev to ensure data fidelity
- Support Customer Insights and company reporting initiatives
- Support sales and marketing data storytelling (e.g., case studies and industry expertise)
About You:
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science or related analytical discipline
• 1-2 years of experience working with excel, SQL, Data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBi, Tableau)
• A high level of motivation and urgency, good time management and organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities.
• Ability to work independently on a variety of project simultaneously; ability to switch between projects quickly all while ensuring data fidelity standards are maintained

As the Customer Success Manager, you will work directly with our VP of Customer Success to ensure customers quickly adopt WelcomeHome and then continue to use and love our system. For assigned clients, you will serve as the face of the company, to both the senior-most executives to the community users. Responsibilities include:
- Onboarding new clients by configuring the software to match the communities’ sales standards and terminology
- Training community Sales Directors, whether on-site or via video conference
- Elevating key needs to the company's senior leadership
- Mining industry data and insights and client metrics to advise sales leaders on opportunities to drive improve performance
- Conducting Quarterly Business Reviews with our clients’ senior sales leaders

About the Role
The Marketing Automation Manager serves as the lead automation boss for WelcomeHome Software – concentrating on the creation, design, list building, sending and reporting on various lead gen and nurturing campaigns and programs. The Marketing Automation Manager works on multiple projects simultaneously and has an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the use and optimization of marketing automation, specifically HubSpot Marketing Hub.
The Responsibilities:
- Use marketing best practices, current trends, and testing tools, to ensure maximum deliverability, open rate, and effectiveness for all lead gen and nurturing campaigns
- Expand and optimize nurture email programs through testing and personalization
- Partner with the marketing team to manage and optimize the design concepts, content, and layout of all email communications ensuring brand consistency
- Maintain a data-driven approach to analyze, monitor, and communicate the performance of email initiatives to the marketing team
- Configure and maintain forms to capture lead data and funnel leads appropriately
- Design and create landing pages with forms for various campaigns
- Configure HubSpot automation rules and segmentation lists based on prospect categories to be used in various marketing campaigns
- Serve as primary HubSpot admin: manage and train new users, manage prospects, create, and maintain documentation, and troubleshoot various HubSpot issues.
- Manage prospect lead scoring and grading
- Create and pull reports on a regular basis to report on established KPIs
- Participate in HubSpot training, webinars, and conferences as needed
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business
- Experience working with HubSpot Marketing Hub

- Implement HR procedures, policies, and best practices to manage a hypergrowth organization
- Serve as the guardian of WelcomeHome’s unique culture; create lasting change as we continue to scale

- Build and manage a program for assessment of compensation and benefits to market, help understand marketability of the overall compensation package

- Assisting the Implementation Manager in keeping the data import tool up to date with current data sets and help build new data sets into the tool as needed

- Consulting on technical or configuration questions as needed during the sales and onboarding process as well as throughout the clients lifecycle as needed
- As needed, working with existing clients who contact support to resolve issues
About You
